Association Inc. (ACCSA)
Australian Children's Contact Service Association Inc. is a non-profit
association which promotes sound analysis of the role and limitations of
supervised parent child contact services, provides a network for members and
promotes quality in service provision.
Info Xchange Australia
The Info Xchange Inc. is an online, computer-based community information
network. The Info Xchange offers access to accurate, up-to-date information on
community support services and related issues 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Raising Children Network
The Raising Children Network see their role as providing information that can
help parents with the day-to-day decisions of raising children, and looking
after their own needs. The Raising Children Network believes that positive
outcomes for children across a range of areas can be achieved when parents have
access to information based on the best science in parenting and child health
and development. The Raising Children Network find and translate this science
into everyday language so it can be used by parents.
Telethon Institute for Child Health
Research
The Telethon Institute for Child Health Research is dedicated to the
prevention of childhood diseases and disability. Headed by 2003 Australian
of the Year, Professor Fiona Stanley, the Institute's success stems from its
innovative approach in bringing together researchers from different fields
of science to tackle major issues in child health and wellbeing.
