Child Care Provider Portal
Included in the redesign of the Mychild site has been the development of a
secure Child Care Provider Portal. This secure site will enable approved child care services to access up to
date child care news and announcements including:
- Hot issues
- CCMS Helpdesk messages
- Latest news items
The site will also include links to material relating to:
- CCMS Helpdesk FAQs
- CCMS training material
- Policy & procedures
- Handy child care related links
- Relevant contacts for service providers
Access to the secure site will be done mainly via the service's 3rd party
CCMS software. There will also be an option to self register for access to the
secure site if the service's software doesn't enable this automatic access or if
staff/authorised persons need to access the site away from the service premises.
A version of the site will also be available through a link on Mychild
website's homepage. This public version will provide access to the material via
the links but not the provider news and announcements.
